if n0name won't ban people for what they have on weapons because valve servers, then offensive usernames/sprays should not either be bannable since they are also on valve servers

We only punish people who do such things if they directly post/speak that INGAME, not if they have set their item names to something like that. (as those are stored on Valve Servers, which are located in the US). -n0:name 2k14
