[Mapping]Trade_FoG

I was thinking of creating a trade map (beginning small till im getting better)

What i would need:
- Your Ideas (Concept Art)
- Knowing if the Com might want a new map (Community's choice)

Would making a new thread posting/pushing my progress IF I should make/am allowed to make one (back before the old FoG died we had something like this going around,yet im asking for concept arts because im uncreative)

A library and a boxing area. Nuff said.

 

Would be great having paint concep arts (well any programm that can edit pics)
because i wouldn't know where to put that library and boxing area ;s

 

My graphical knowledge is near zero, so don't expect anything besides stickpeople from me.

Concept art, how it looks doesnt matter, just a 'box' in which spawn,your beloved library and boxing arena are

Rather just show me an Concept art pic about the map (simple or detailed your choice), so i could see already a few of em

 

I'm watching downy making one. Our ideas are both in it.

 

why do I have the feeling downy and downie are either family or very close friends....

we need a skybox over the boxingring that only vip's/admins can enter.

 

I made a really basic concept in Hammer. It had a boxing ring in a separate room away from the snipers and a one-way-window-admin-room behind it and a library with another one-way-window-admin-room behind it.

Well, a skybox where admins can watch over the entire server (and not just the boxing ring) would be nice. Also, swimming pool and library/chill room.

 

Lets wait for the concept from Downy-broezZ lets see where we can fit that in

€: And it shouldnt look like an replica of trade_rawr as its actually the property of the RAWR clan
so it should look a lil diffrent

There's no light, it's only a really basic concept.

The bigass ugly thing on top is the skybox, the small area behind the library is some sort of admin room and opposite of the library is the boxing thingey.

The sentry represents the boxing area and the healthkit the door to the library. It should be one of those doors we can close by warping into it, or even with a button or something.

Red - Library
Orange - Boxing Arena
Violet/Pink - Sniping Arena
Blue/Cyan - Skybox

 

I told you I was making one in hammer because my graphical knowledge is near zero. I can take pictures from it if you want. ;/
