Implemented Map removal

    I would suggest removing surf_legends and year 3000. These two are pure dm maps. And legends is not even working. Atm surf graphia crashes server so it could be removed too. Kitsune transformed into lagsune. Plus 3000 crashes server when u pick weapon from secret.

    It'd be best to remove these. There was this other DM surf map that is great on TF2, but SUCKS as a CS:GO port since it's so buggy...
