Declined Make 1-2 and 1-3 surf servers great again!

So. inspired by poor potatoes, im here to suggest few things that should be added in surf servers.
First, i saw on 1-4 server something like "use voice_enable 0 if someone is abusing mic", why dont add notification about it on 1-2 and 1-3?
Second, there should be notifications for other commands like !wr, !r, !rs, !ranks, !tutorial etc because lots of peoples are new to surfing and they dont know about it.
Third, i dont know is it possible, but 95% of mic spammers are peoples who just joined, so i suggest to make something like points limit in rtv

3) dont think thats possible.

 

Well i play few hours per day on 1-2 and 1-3 and i never seen things like that but ok.
