User has been reported for scamming TWICE on steamrep. One has been archived and the other is pending.

 

Parsec was looking for buyers on his quicksell on a trade server. Since I had plenty of pure that time I traded him up. He had no trade warning on steam and offered me rare unusuals for half price. He was kind of hurrying me (thinking back now) so we just agreed on a price in like 3 minutes. After the trade I realized that he's marked on steamrep. I paid in pure buds (not real money). As we speak I still do own the items.

 

And lets just stop here.
