So, i've been told by Jettan that you are now free to do what you want in the library, including building, airblasting and all that. An admin, cheatnow, has told me and the other players that that is false, and the rules still continue as same. Me and not only me have been doubting if this is true or false. What do you say?

False, a decision has not been made yet about the library rule. Until a decision has been made, it's not allowed.

The rule is still there, but some of the admins don't care about it. Confused? I think most people are.
