    user is currently serving a 2 week ban, on outpost, for a previous trade with a marked scammer. He has committed a 2nd trade with a marked scammer before that 2 week period has even concluded!

    Seems like TF2OP was able to speak with him.
    Per their investigation, he didn't trade with JESSICA, but with tor (doesn't really make a difference, tor has been banned for 70+ days already).
