Implemented Jump Map Suggestion

Hi it's me,
I had this ideia of allowing all classes on the server, it's just for fun to be honest.
I use the server to chill and jump with friends (since im not learning anymore) and sometimes it comes up to show a taunt on other class or a hat/weapon and with this restriction I'm forced to leave the server.

It wouldn't really affect the server purpose since you wouldn't be able to make any jump as any other class anyways.

It's a funny addition to the "chill area" on the map and he is right regarding that no other class will be able to do the jumps, so no problems there. Since many of the regulars can do the map blindfolded and with only one hand, so we mostly just hang out in the starter area of the map.
