Declined JB: Blue Eligibility

With the rampant amount of people who join the game with little to no desire to learn the rules of a new server, it might be helpful to implement a system that only allows people to join Blu once they've either A) played for a certain amount of time, B) have accumulated a certain amount of AP, or C) won/participated in a certain number of games.

I'm not entirely sure about option B in that people from other FoG servers could easily bypass this, but I also feel that such people would at least have a basic willingness to read the rules if told to.

Thoughts/Improvements?

 

There are a lot of people that only want to go into blue and go warden, giving them requirements before being able to join blue would probably cause those people to leave before they would even start really playing and result in less new players.

Not to mention coding it would probably take more time than it's actually worth.
