✮ fr0sty: a week later. hes really nice.
✮ fr0sty: he says ok, lets do it! we have a good change

✮ fr0sty: so i question him.
✮ fr0sty: he says he helped another friend in the past like me
✮ fr0sty: sends me his profile
✮ fr0sty: i say wow
✮ fr0sty: he cant do anything bad to me
✮ fr0sty: trade offer accept
✮ fr0sty: boom
✮ fr0sty: blocked

Unfortunately, this report does not meet the requirements for forwarding a report from SteamRep:

Despite not meeting the requirements, I have taken a look at your report/evidence. Without the initial trade agreement as to why you sent the Accused the items in the first place, we are unable to take any action. The trade agreement is crucial. For all we know, you could have: sold the items to him previously, given the items to him for free, etc.

Since you have also reported the accused for "Impersonation with intent to defraud," I suggest you also state the person that is being impersonated (with evidence) on the SteamRep and Lethal Zone reports you have created.
