Or I used to be, at least. A few years ago, I spent quite some time (~700 hours) in the Source SDK and made maps for CS:S. Mostly gg_ and fy_, but also a few surf_ maps, which were used for the surf/rpg/dm community I was admin in. I wouldn't call myself an expert, but having read countless and countless of tutorials I know loads of functions and can use the Hammer editor about as fluently as it gets. I'm thinking about getting creative again, but this time I want to make a bhop_ map for CS:GO. If I made a map that's deemed decent, is there any chance it can be added to the current CS:GO Bhop server? Is it a lot of work to create the info that the timer/stage plugin needs? ^ Can I do that myself, or does an admin need to do it? Any requests?
Eh, i was thinking of making a thread of suggetions for new maps for bhop, i reckon that the timer thing doesnt really take that long, more the zoning of the map.
If the map works itll be put in. Just make sure to test it. Get some beta testers (*caugh* heyo ) Use this as a reference maybe ^^ http://forums.f-o-g.eu/threads/9322-surf_fog-koga73.html
Already working on a bhop designed after that, (Surf, ze & bhop) I should really start finishing them instead of getting more ideas..
