How did engineer sit on top of his/her's dispenser?

Playing payload as Engineer, when i noticed an engineer sitting in a chair on top of his dispenser, while drinking beer. Someone tell me how to do that please.

The engineer was able to sit on his dispenser by using tbhe 'Rancho Relaxo' taunt. You can find it on outpost.

 

i'm just saying that instead of pointing out that FoG doesn't own a payload server or that such a question doesn't deserve an own thread, you could've just answered the question without coming across like a douchebag.
