Rejected GamerX - unban appeal

What's the specified reason? (http://bans.f-o-g.eu) Constant evasion of gags (did it twice)
Why do you think you should be unbanned? Because; when I first joined the server around 1 pm, I got gagged by Golden werewolf (I think). No reason why or whatever, I re-connected, said something (I forgot, not related to the gag) I got gagged again for evading a gag, after some time, I re-connected again and asked in main chat why did I get gagged in the first place, next thing I saw is my screen went black, I thought tf2 crashed, alt tabbed, went back in game and saw that I've been banned. I know I've been banned like twice (1d bans) but all I wanted is to ask why did I get gagged. I'll also mention that I tried to sent trade request to golden werewolf so we can talk there but it said he was in trade with someone else. I didn't want to bother other admins if werewolf gagged me in the first place. I came to the server to try and sell 2 dota 2 copies (that actually are trade able), I didn't do anything that breaks the rules like killing / kill taunting in library, spawncamp etc.

I've banned you for evading gags multiple times, the gags were for incredibly amounts of spam, being an incredible annoyance and being verbally abusive. You've had your two ban limit, after two bans it turns into a perm ban. End of.

I've done a bit of research and my only questions are: Did this happen in one day? and Did he use Trade chat (if that's still being used) to swear/spam? If so, I vote for unbanning him, as that chat can be turned off (/hidechat or something like that)

Why?

1. Sourcebans only shows 2 bans now and human memory is unreliable http://bans.f-o-g.eu/index.php?p=banlist&advSearch=GamerX&advType=name

He'd used trade chat or rejoining to evade the gags, constantly being annoying, a troll or a spammer. The SB has more than 2 bans, the bans were cleared recently as stated by n0name due to the massive amount.
