Description (describe what happend): Fahly/Fahlo muted me when i kept saying "pone is for sexual" over mic, without any warning or something related to that, aswell as slaying me after killing him then giving no explanation as to why he slayed me, when he did rebel earlier on.

maybe you shouldn't have kept saying it, it's common sense not to spam, but I don't get the slay thing. He has also been known to give people weapons (such as the HHH axe to the warden with no LR)

 

I told you, the "retarded" thing isnt something you should take seriously.

Even though i should probably havent kept saying it, it still lies in common sense aswell to give a warning before just going ahead and muting. Nobody was complaining aswell.

First, about the mute - I told you over mic to stop micspamming, but you probably didn't hear me. I should have used csay. Micspam is not so different from (chat)spam imo though.
About the slay+respawn - You have a point, but you were not in the picked location of the warday, disco, when you killed me. You were about halfway there when I killed someone with the machina I got behind the stairs. I slayed you for killing outside of the disco. We should have talked it out then and there, because I see now that you have a point.

 

No, I gave it to myself two times to troll R.E.D. Other times were for lr's, and some other weapons a few times on myself only, to see what they are. But I will be even more careful in the future.

 

So let me get this straight, an ex admin, both on jailbreak and others did not know that they are not allowed to micspam, and then also did not know that blu's couldnt kill outside of the wardey area?

Sorry I am just not feeling this, I know you dark and I know you know the rules of jailbreak, part of being on the blu team is to read the jb rules. If you want to be on the blu team you should know the rules.

 

I dont think some of you get what im trying to do here.

It's not like i dont understand the rules, i understand them perfectly clear.

But first of all, i dont see saying the same sentence over and over again as "micspam" but more as annoying/having fun. If i micspammed i would have HLDJ on and would be playing songs and whatnot. Second of all, its not the fact that i might've done something wrong without realising, but then atleast specify that you arent allowed to hit/kill reds that are shooting you if you're making your way to the warday location, in the rules.

I understand that the last part is acceptable, but still its the fact that i didnt receive a warning for atleast the mute if anything, aswell as the weapons thing which im not involved in so i wont point any finger as to what the situation surrounding it was, but it still remains that the mute was atleast justified but without a warning or reason as it could easily have been avoided by telling me to stop. I am willing to say that a "warning" should not be given and therefore i am closing this thread.

But for christs sake, just tell people to stop doing said things before taking action, as i fell this goes to a lot of admins currently.

However I have taken action by removing fahlo's permission to the giveweapon command.
Like said by downy when we implemented it, this is for custom lr's only and abuse of this command is not tolerated.
In the next few hours I will go over logs from the other admins to see if such same actions happened and they will be stripped of the same feature if needed.
