Description (describe what happend): Sir Hiss has been playing on an alt account whilst his main is banned bypassing it. I discovered this when I felt like I was being tele-camped and so I spoke to General who took part (Accidentally) in the tele-camping as a sniper and it was mentioned that I knew Ethereal as Sir Hiss, I spoke to n0name who confirmed that it was an alt and thus he was bypassing a ban.

I originally spoke to n0name about it as it was not part of my jurisdiction and this is how the conversation went;

" I have reason to believe that 'Sirhiss' has bypassed a server ban when I was told he was a player under the name of "Ethereal". So n0name is confirming that it is Sir Hiss but not banning him?
