Invalid Enough admins, but still having problems

I'll be quick.
In trade server there are a lot of admins. The problem is: They're not online when we need them, or stuff like that.
I know, we're human and we can't stand 24/7 on a game, but I'm only asking to have more attention.
Kinda regretting this thread, heh.

 

Well, as you said. We're only humans/lunatics (except for Goldie... he's a lycantrop) and we can't be on all the time.
For myself, yes. I haven't been on the Trade Server for a week or so, because school
I hope I'll get my activity up asap.

But there are some admins I've never seen on server.

 

That's what I was meaning in my admin application. There is plenty of admins, however when they're needed they're not there. That was one of the reason I applied too, so thanks for agreeing :3 Just kidding, but seriously, this isn't to those who play a lot - but if you simply don't have time to play on the server, don't apply or tell us that you'll be offline for a while.

I can cover for Downie though. He's at his parents' house in the weekends without a proper pc.

 

This is another reason I had apllied as well. Time zones are a big thing as well. I'm in EST, which would be a good thing since most of the admins are in different time zones.

Well I have one day until I can stop working overtime, I'll be sure to spend all my time looking after you lot.

 

As I said on the server earlier today, The problem isn't that we haven't got enough admins, the problem is that we are all online at the same time. Getting admins in other timezones should be a main priotity even though it's just 2 or 3 hours +/-.
As for me, I'm usually away during weekend evenings. (Like now)

 

A good thing to do, as an admin, is to give your phone number to a regular player whom you trust. That way, even when you're offline, they can send you a message if a player is hacking/spamming, etc. It works quite well.

 

I'm online 24/7 on my phone, so the people I know that are online on a regular base in my friendlost can reach me at any time.

 

That's a very nice idea.
The problem is: Money.
I spend more money to send messages from Italy to X
That's why I come here to ask for help on the forums.

 

He's on 24/7 on steam's phone app, dummy.

 

Sadly i've been busy during the mornings untill around 11am - 4pm in the Afternoon/Morning so i've been having join later on in the day.
Although we could just add a All-player godmode, Players who join trade servers to fight each other should just play the Actual game instead of a trade server. (Assuming the problem is people killing in the libary)
