    Today I've donated 2 CS:GO keys to get VIP. I've already got my VIP in the forum as you can see, but I don't have any benefits ingame, I joined a BHop server and tried /donator but nothing happend.

    The donation bots or something like that is broken, however, it will get fixed soon. Don't be worried.

    This should be fixed now.

    While donating, you may have forgotten to send the bot a message containing "csgo".
    Without doing that, the bot defaults giving you the VIP in TF2.
