Donation problems

Good Day!
I just tried to donate to the [FoG] DonationBot #1 . Everything went fine but when I acccepted the trade I recieved the message "19:14 - [FoG] DonationBot #1 : Automatic donation failed; please create a new thread at Donations for further assistance". I didnt receive any further messages yet. Please help me with this, I tried to donate today the 26th July 2015 19:24:08. I appreciate all of your help and I hope for a quick resolution. Did you get your keys back?

 

Yes I still own the keys

 

I tried to trade him again after changing some setting, it wrote the same message again( [FoG] DonationBot #1 : Automatic donation failed; please create a new thread at Donations for further assistance)
, now my keys are gone and I still dont have vip

 

I don't know then. I think that this happened before to other people. I'd suggest waiting for an admins assistance.

 

Most likely a flaw within the bot and such, i suggest talking to either n0name or Downy.

 

Talked to Jackoby and he said it might take a few mins but l wait and see what happends.
