Implemented Death run - the soda popper

I have recently been on death run and have seen many scouts using the newly buffed soda popper to jump around the obstacles and not be able to be killed by them, they have also been using it to exploit some glitches as they can now jump super high.

I have been on the map where every scout is using it and they only die if they slip up, for example they can jump around the map obstacles or jump high over them, this can be seen in the following screen shots.

These are just a few cases and I think it is super unfair for the activator to try kill scouts that are flying over the map so can the weapon be removed from dr at all?
