Cornvict is a high tier trader who absolutely knows the rules on trading with scammers. Here he has commited a 50+ Bud trade with the marked scammer atomic Potato.

Nothing seems to go from cornvict to atomic potato, so it's Possible he either perhaps did paypal or is brokering or there was some other agreement entirely.
