Implemented Change the Report tab

    I think it should be linked to the non-Trading Reports page. It's misleading for new peeps. Maybe put a link to report.f-o-g.eu in the admin forum?

    I didn't know what the tab was until i became trainee, so I do agree with this^, or any similar change.

    Another option would be:
    - Admins get linked to the reports site, as it is now.
    - Non-admins get linked to the report subforum.
