Rejected Can't connect to the sever!!! H E L P

    So on June 29, I was connecting to a FOG trade_plaza 2 server. Not even 10 secs in the server it crashes. So I type retry in the console and it keeps telling me " Connection failed 4 trys attempted". So I restarted TF2 still can't connect I restart steam still can't connect I restarted my whole computer still can't connect. Now if you're saying it my computer, it is not because I can connect to other servers So it just the sever particular please help.
