Why do you think you should be unbanned?

Started with that i was playing some music using slam, I didnt get told to stop playing i just got insta banned and then i waited for the ban to expire, when it expired i wasnt able to connect to the server anymore.
I then tried to join the server through my smurf account and ended up getting banned 2 weeks automatic from "console".
Waited for like 12 days and tried to connect and ended up getting banned 4 weeks more..
And the last time i tried to connect was when that 4 week ban ended, then i got kicked instantly and got this one "3 mo, 3 wk, 1 d"

Why am i not able to play on those servers anymore? Can you fix this?​

 

I'll summarize the entire thing for everyone not involved and to maybe make this more clear for you too.

Here we see all the bans:


You, the banned person, have a total of 2 accounts that connected to the server if I saw correctly when checking your IP.
After your main account, this one here, was banned for the second time, which was one week applied by me, you tried connecting with your smurf named "Twitch.tv/SwagyolozZ |". (this one)
Since ingame bans automatically save your IP as well (wasn't present on your first ban) you were banned with your smurf as you tried to connect while still banned. (I mean it'd be quite a stupid system if you could just avoid a ban via joining with a smurf.)
It looks like it always doubles the time you try avoiding.
So in your example you got banned for one week and therefore recieved a 2 week ban on your smurf.
But the story doesn't stop here. 12 days later (close to the bans end.. how unfortunate) you tried connecting with your main again. Of course your ban was gone on your main but it wasn't over on your smurf. So you got the 4 week ban on your main.

And heres the part I don't understand. There is a new automatic (=CONSOLE) ban. Why, I don't know. It also isn't doubled.
But I am sure there is a reason for it.

The first and second ban you have recieved are for "Repeated micspam".
The total amount of mutes I will show here:


After your 7th mute and rule violation you recieved your first ban. (12h) --- (For the rules look here: Counter-Strike: Global Offensive - Server Rules)
But you came back after 4 days and still didn't learn. It seems like I didn't check the mutes and bans and you were muted twice again without any further punishment.

Until I caught you again, which resulted in your 1 week ban.
Yes of course it was without warning, but why warn someone that is currently and constantly breaking the rules?
You should've read them beforehand. Especially after being "reminded" by getting muted several times and even banned. You still didn't learn.

Oh and sorry to say but there is nothing to "fix" here since we don't handle temporary bans under 12 months.

I am willing to remove your ban (since you were kinda unlucky and couldn't have known) IF you are willing to stop violating the rules and do NOT play ANY music on the servers again without permission from an admin.

I muted this guy aswell, he doesn't care of being muted, he'll come after his long time mute and will annoy people again

 

Yea would be great if you could remove the ban, i aint gonna play no more music haha

 

With Avaritia's agreement I will remove the ban. Keep your promise to not play music/sounds, this is your last chance.
