What was your in-game name when you got banned?

When did it happen?

I got silenced because I wrote u 2 b4d to the admin anthelion after 30 min or longer i rejoint then he told me that this is a permanent ban reason I asked how am I supost to know that and he told me I stands in the rules but it doesn't. ​

What's the specified reason?

Why do you think you should be unbanned?

Honestly I wouldn't do that if it stands in the rules and that it is a permanent reason too is something i really wouldn't do
I must say i did break it and a ban is reasonable but not for 2 years? I played like days on this server because it's fun but for that reason to be banned forever? ​

 

You can't avoid silences in the new system anymore can you?
If you can't, surely you should be unbanned

 

its impossible as sourcebans keeps track of it. You technically cant avoid a silence

ah my bad. but i don't see how rejoining is avoiding the silence as it still silences them even after they leave (if I am not mistaken) :3

 

he had admin silence on. thats why.

Well from looking at it you'd silenced him (Which Im not questioning) using sourcecomms. Normally that means that he wont be able to speak even if he rejoins. So that wouldnt count as avoiding the silence. Therefore the ban is unneeded

 

i typed /silence -hisname- he rejoined, he could talk/type again, and i got witnesses who can approve it.

 

I will make great use of this new knowledge.

It is also pretty clear now that we know there's a witness involved, the ban appeal has lost its chance.

If you do /gag or /mute name TIME then it does stays after rejoin, but if you don't include time it is session or map only.

My problem here is that I didn't know that and at that moment it wasn't even in the rules on this website because the rules say.

Cheating
Hacking
Crashing server
Advertising sites/IPs/hacks
Pedophile sprays/links
We reserve the right to change the rules at any time.
by the way you can't tell me that avoiding silence is same as bad as hacking or pedo-sprays.
and my last question when i get silenced how long shall i wait i mean if i diconnect and come back 30 mins later is it the same with avoiding?
