    What's the specified reason?
    Vulgar language​

    Why do you think you should be unbanned?
    I promise i wont use vulgar language on this server again. And if i do, then you can ban me again permanently.​

    You had 2 chances already in form of 2 shorter bans, but you didn't change at all. And the things you said were bad enough for a permanent ban.
    Try reappealing again in a year or so if you still care by then.
