Why do you think you should be unbanned?

I've been a regular to the FoG servers since June 2015 and have continued being one ever since. My fuckboy of a friend sought the opportunity while I was AFK and did some racist remarks. When I came back I was unpleasantly surprised. I've made quite a lot of friends there and it feels bad not getting a chance to say hi every once in a while. Recent events put my TF2 activity on hold, yet I feel like my attachment to the FoG community servers lives on.​

 

I can vouch for Nyx, as he didnt say it he was a tts user, he went afk and someone made it say racist crap from what i've heard from multiple people. I dont think he'd have done it himself.

 

He was banned by console, so either N0;name did it or VA or someone using serverstats.
Running a TTS is a risk since you're just as accountable for what it says as the one who used the !tts command.
FYI, TTS bots can be considered mic spam.
Since there isn't much information and/or chatlogs I'd give him a second chance.

Truth be told I'm actually part of the TTS team itself, been one since June and have been contributing ever since. A month ago or two we implemented private mode, where only the administrator can use this. What was ALSO implemented is removing the need of using the in-game command !tts with the purpose of not encouraging people to attempt to use this. To top it all we also added an option where specific playernames can use TTS despite it being in private mode. Unfortunately not everyone's a worthy ruler and went on and abused it. I'll be taking full responsibility for my actions, hence being held accountable to what it says. I'll be careful from now on and will refrain from using the in-game command. Probably make a statement or two, advertising, comedic effect, if you will.
