Even if english is not my main language I'll try to be the clearest that I can.

I just want to say firstly, that I have been in trade_rawr for nearly 3 years now, and this place is one of the only place where I can cheer and have fun with people. I respect this server and it's players a lot.

A few days ago, I had a spray which Fahlo found "too much" even if it was censored, so he asked me kindly if i could change it. I changed my spray to another one, and it was censored too (even more in my opinion, I did the censor myself this time). So I used it during few days until yesterday where I got instantly banned without any warning from Fahlo... A lot of admins saw it before, so I figured it was fine for usage.
I have to admit that my sprays aren't common, but there's no way I wanted to promote pedophilia or any hateful things like that.

If Fahlo warned me for my second spray before banned me, I would change it, like I did for the precedent one.

To finish, I want to say that I don't want to destroy my 3 years on this server, I have too much to lose, not that way...

You saw it multiple times after that, and you didn't say anything, how could I knew you was serious?

 

I didn't see any censoring on the second spray, perhaps it was just very small. Still, I clearly warned you about the first porn spray. Trying to be just on edge of a rule like this is very annoying and stupid.

 

Admins are not obligated to always warn you, i see a lot of people complaining about mutes/gags/bans by saying "you didn't warn me".
I think if you play on a server you must know the rules of it.
If this is his 1st ban in 3 years i'll give him a chance, but this is just my opinion.

 

I'm sorry, I tought I censored my spray well, I didn't want to break the rules at all. I use censored sprays since a long time ago and I never had any problems or warnings until this day. I know the rules, that's why I censored it, I'm sorry if it wasn't enough censored this time, I tought I did well, I should haved asked an admin before. I know it was stupid but I repeat, I didn't want to break the rules and be banned from a server where I go everyday. Please, I'm sincerely sorry, if you give me another chance, I promise to you that I'll never use ambiguous sprays again unless I ask an admin before.

 

I've reduced the ban to 1 week. You should be careful about being banned again since you have quite some bans already.

One recent ban was only for joke purposes.

 

Another reason right here why "jokingly banning people" is fucking retarded and none of us should be doing it. It's only going to lead to people looking like shit on SourceBans and people possibly being banned in the future for longer than they should be, especially if the bans aren't being deleted. Same with mutes/gags IMO.
