I really love this server, honestly for after what i've said i would hug every german person and every jewish person who i walk up to. After i said it i felt instant regret, the reason i said it because everybody was joking around about german people. I love to surf in this server, not just surf but really talking to people. This is the only server where there is people from many cultures who i like to talk to. I even spoke to a russian guy about religion for 1 straight hour which taught me a lot. I am honestly really mad at myself. I tried to search up people, talk to people and thanks to "Baiyan" he told me this forum site. Because i'm still fairly young and had no idea it is actually a really huge deal to say that, you could even go to prison. Honestly through my stressed out heart i am really sorry, this will never ever happen again. If i ever hear somebody say sieg **** i will defend all the people around who got offended. i'd love to be unbanned because im actually a really nice and loyal person and i love talking to people in the only surf server i truly love. Here is one verse (rap). I can't say sorry enough, seriously to all the people who got offended, i'll buy you a chocolate bar, hug you and say i'm really really sorry.

the server where i was banned in was FoG surf beginner 1-2 tier

 

For a little coin in my pocket, I will be in your side. Anyway, if it's your first ban, if you won't do it again and because of this lovely ban appeal, I'm not against a second chance.

 

While I do believe that consistency is the biggest factor to consider in terms of dealing with justice, and consistency would dictate that like everyone else before him, bans for nazism should be kept permanent, I can't help but notice that he genuinely really regrets his decisions and does seem apologetic towards what he did. I don't know if this is enough to warrant an unban or not, but he personally came to me previously and apologised for what he said, and understood that if the ban was kept permanent that he understood why. Which is something that I think should be kept in mind when making the decision about whether or not unban him.

 

I was in a kind of situation like that the first time I came on the server so I can understand him too

 

I've spoken to Avaritia and Baiyan, and we believe you deserve a second chance. So I am going to unban you. Make sure this is the last time you break any of our rules. The next rule you break will result in a permanent ban regardless of how menial the reason is.
