Archived Attemt trade scam

Hello.

So this guy, AmKo or Nantis in your Pantis which he later changed his name to tried to scam me of my CS:GO ak47 aquamarine worth around 50 euros. Since I am not new to trading i imediately understood that he was infact trying to scam me. So i played along to see where the conversation would lead. Finally after disscussing with him over how to do the trade with my ak49 aqua marine for his steam gift code of 50 Euro, he sent me the offer that he wanted me to accept. Then he gave me a code that he said would give me 50 Euros when I redeemed it.

So imediately I tried to redeem it but it turned out invalid. Big surprice I know. So i told him that he probably wrote the code wrong or something. Then after a while when I told him that I record everything just to be safe he starts to back out from the trade, comming up with excuses. At this time I'm thinking to myself on how to scare him the most. So I tell him that I have this friend who works at Steam that permanently IP reports scammers, which of course I don't. Then we just continue the conversation back and forth untill he removes me as a friend and blocks me.
