Declined Another Server with 2Fort as Payload

Hello,
once there was a server with a map which was called pl_2fort_pricefin (or something like that). But due to reasons I don't know the sevrer went down and never came up again. Now my question is if it would be possible that you could create a server with this map. I think this is one of the best maps in all of TF2 but no server exists with this map anymore.
The map looks exatly like the regular 2 fort but it was possible to go to the roofs in both teams and the gameplay was pl and not ctf.
Would it be possible or what do you think?

The creation of map is possible, but I can say for 99% FoG won't make a server like that.

 

It's not popular enough to run a server for it.
