Archived Andrei on steam is a SCAMMER

Hey guys, I was scammed of my M4A4 StatTrak Dragon King Minimal Wear by Kalinka (now Andrei). He has a history of name changes, http://files.f-o-g.eu/5d45aa , and changed his name to Andrei right after he scammed me. He has also blocked me, so I cannot communicate with him. Furthermore, here is some proof:
