Have you made an steam ticket and written to the steam support?
If you are going to make one, make sure you have valid evidence that the account is yours and all that. Dont know what else can be done but hope you sort everything out.

 

I think the only thing you can do it is what staneo said, just write a steam ticket with maybe some serial keys or other evidence.

 

Yeah, steam support ticket, that’s how I got my account back when I lost mine around a month ago when someone changed the email, phone number and everything
