Description

Old friend of mine suddenly decided to annoy me on purpose by making me freeze/lag, spamming the chat or spectating me and spamming the flashlight on and off which I can see when someone spectates me and he knows....
Basically he kept doing it after I told him to stop and now whenever I join the server he does it on purpose as if I did something to him.
He also muted me for getting mad at him for harassing me..............................................................................................................​

Evidence

I cannot record and screenshots are no proof so best I can do is say my word and maybe someone come spectate when we both are on the server but do it on an alt account so he won't know he's being observed.​

 

Without proper evidence we can't really act on anything here. Especially since the staff is rather aware of your, lets call it previous excessive overreactions and childish behaviour. You tend to get very rude and barely can take a joke. Hence I think the mute was probably justified.
About the harassment, sure that might've happened but as long as we don't have confirmation in the form of a video or similar we can't really say Rizor is guilty..

A undercover inspection might be arrangable though. (No guarantees)

Everybody can record thier game without a Recording Programm. An option to record your Gameplay is already build in into CS:GO and TF2 and bouth use the same console Commands.
So next time he does this you can record a demo.
