    Basically, im going to make this short to save my time because i have been sweating tf2 and my hands hurt.

    I think this is a decent idea seen as there appears the be a dodgy command.

    Giving all trade admins a set "donator" weapon to deal with masses of spawncampers in a quick amount of time seen as the aim slay command
    is rather dodgy and sometimes can take between 4-10 times to actually slay someone (Downie dont bring in the aim shit, my mouse isnt that bad)
    which means taking out masses of spawncampers will be a more simple task than sitting there trying to spam a key with no end result.

    I noticed this myself when i had my admin spot and so have a few others from what i know.

    There shouldnt really be an issue implementing this as our admins are supposed to be trusted players and represent FoG as a whole, abuse with said
    weapons should be treated the same way as using commands to abuse if they are added to the server.

    Firstly, he wasnt an admin on trade and he was kind of irresponsible with it i do say.

    Secondly, these would be given to people we trust right? Our admins which would be responsible enough to not abuse said weapons.

    Thirdly, this isnt to just play around with, its to enforce a rule.

    I get your point, but wouldnt it be going a little over-board with handling spawnkillers? A possible solution would be spawning a godmode sentry inside the spawn borders to stop players from spawncamping.

    The weapons wouldnt be added to ban people they would be there to wipe out spawncampers quickly.

    For example: Downys stickybomb launcher he creates cool patterns with only with dmg, but perhaps nerfed a little

    Pudge, I agree it needs changes but that's why I mentioned "like". Maybe a rl for quick clearing?

    Sounds like it'd make my job more simple because killing them is just that much quicker.

    The question is; will it have a special "friendly-fire" enabled, assuming it happens?
    For the sake that if the spawncampers happens to be in your team.

    Or do you have a different idea altogether?

    I think ff could also be handy. But I think there'll have to be rules for the usage of this, alot of rules.

    Even though it may be hard to code, I was thinking someone could make a plugin in which you aim at a location, press a bind and kill anyone within a certain radius of said location. This would be able to effectively take out a group of spawncampers instantly.

    However, I am against this weapon stuff: easily abusable, harder to log, and could cause the server to crash if used incorrectly.

    That might also kill the people who just went out of spawn to get killed anyways.

    And demos can easily sticky the spawn from a longer range.

    I even believe that I've talked with Downie once, about having donor weapons, I like the idea but I wouldn't suggest the sticky launcher for that since it causes a lot lag etc.

    God mode /buddha is also easy to abuse. I dont mind killing the spawncampers with normal weapons while being in godmode, donor weps would just be faster.

    Yeah the whole friendly fire would be decent but you see its if Downy or whoever makes this shit can even trust whoever it is using them, giving it a trial wouldnt hurt too much right?

    Also, pointy you seriously think someone would put time into that voodoo shit?

    Problem with that is that you have to only pay attention to your sentry since spies will always try to sap it no matter what AND STILL KEEP TRYING EVEN IF IT DOESN'T WORK ("omg y cannot I sap the sentry, hacks"). They would also farm points which isn't allowed. Besides, there will always be medics with ubercharge or pyros that deflect rockets and not to mention that the sniper balcony cannot be protected since you cannot build sentries up there.

    + the sentry shoots at people who actually don't try to spawncamp, I also believe that the range of it is too far since you can't build sentries in the spawnarea anymore

    Yeah, Triforce and Chale understand it. I got told spies farm points from it etc so it wouldnt really be a great idea.

    Yes, but it wont stop the camping from what ever exit there is, you know the player base on trade right?
