Description: Apparently the victim got hacked. All his past items lead up to the scammer account. The scammer account also has only 1 game, Team Fortress 2, 0 Steam level, and 1 friend.
I added the one friend in scammer's friends list, he says that the scammer tried to sell him an unusual but didn't after "taking too long to sell".

3. Choose Report Violation
4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
