What happened?
The accused wanted to upgrade his AK-47 Fire Serpent BS to my AK-47 Fire Serpent WW and pay the difference of 70€ via Paypal. He said he'd sent the payment and kept increasing the expected timeframe for the payment to go through when I still had not received anything after the time that he previously said it would take.
