    Description:
    Selling a Duplication Method, which is against the rules of Steam ToS.
    And as I understand this probably won't go through tho I might aswell try, I provided a Translation aswell.
    He probably Duplicated some items aswell, tho I can't confirm on this.
    No chat or anything else to provide, he's spamming this method on Facebook of some Lithuanian Groups, and as admins do not care there, people might care here.

    Since we cannot guaranty that the user who posted that message on facebook is the person who got linked in that message we have to decline it.
