The main account was banned from our servers today for his poor choice in language on our servers. upon looking into the ban i noticed he had several other bans on Other accounts. looking at his one account profile, he had changed the profile name to My name not once but if you look at the name history he did it 2 other times.

I don't see any intent to defraud here, we can't mark unless there is an intent to defraud, OR the user being impersonated is a SR Partner Community admin (Green tag on SteamRep).
