In the future, be sure to get both the impersonator's Steam profile and name history within the Steam client!
Instructions on how to show SteamID64 instead of CustomURL within the Steam Client:

1) Copy the person's SteamID64 (type /namehistory at the end of the URL for history)
2) Paste it and send it through Steam chat
3) Open the link within Steam chat
