What happened?
The accused had added me to buy a knife from me. After I declined "steam cards" he agreed to paying via Paypal. he claimed

which is not something I've ever heard of.
He then told me he'd "sent", I verified that the transaction was from him and I asked him for how much he sent. He claimed to have sent $90 and doubled down on it, but in actuality sent $0.20. This excuse takes the cake, I think:

He finally suggested using a middleman.

Turns out he blocked me instead.
