What happened?
This user Attempted scam by renaming a shaman to make it appear uncraftable and including a bp.tf link to the actual uncraftable version,an obvious scam ;_;

He already got banned from tf2op and bp.tf for this
He also agreed that he scammed the victim in the SteamRep report against him: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/report-76561198140953175-tf2-team-fortress-2-items.79068

 

but ... but Did he repay the victim? Is he able to repay this? No,he isn't and he didn't do it ... he just a pologised for his action.

Why is this coming up again? i thought it was already settled.

Technically, there was nothing to be repaid as he didnt take anything from me in the first place. I did accept his 2 refined an apology.

Pretty simple and straightforward, this is pretty much beating a dead horse.

Accepted. A Caution Tag will be applied. The accused can appeal it in 6 months.
I understand that the accused apologised and tried to compensate the "victim" and thats why where are not going to issue a full tag and he can appeal it in 6 months pending no other issues.
