I can't say with certainty that he's scammed anyone, but it's been brought to my attention that he copied my profile picture and name.

 

We can only mark a user for having the same name and avatar if the user being impersonated is a SteamRep Community Admin or SteamRep Community Middleman. Since you are neither of these, we would need to see obvious intent to scam, this can be done through the accused linking to your inventory and claiming it to be his, or linking to your rep thread claiming it to be his.
