Well he might have done it knowingly, as in ban notes it says "Knowingly or unknowingly"

 

There was no evidence to say that he deliberately did it either.

 

Precisely, i think OP handled this one..unless admins can see other stuff against the user in notes.

EDIT: Could also be during the convo with toughsox, he said he was unaware, so he added KNOWINGLY OR UNKNOWINGLY.
