What happened?
I saw this guy offer on another user's CSGO Lounge post here CSGO Lounge - Trade 68089367 as follows:

He has several open threads offering an M4A4 Radiation Hazard FN. Market page: http://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/730/M4A4 | Radiation Hazard (Factory New)
There is no item there matching the accused's display image.

He does not have a Factory New skin his inventory, but only a Minimal Wear (MW) variant. Market page:

The FN skin regularly sells for 100€ and more while the MW version only sells for ~6€.
The account owns three cheap bundle games and not even has CSGO, even though the recently played games say otherwise. Maybe that's from a free weekend.

The user clearly appears to be misrepresenting his cheap skin to trick people into sending offers, thinking it is the more expensive version.
