Description:
I met this guy on CsgoLounge. I was trying to trade my Karambit Ultra Violet Battle-scarred. He offered me a Stattrak Butterfly knife Blue Steel Minimal Wear. But he didnt had it in his Invetory. He had to buy the knife first.. but he didn't want to buy the knife unless he would get assurence by me, so he asked me to send a trade offer which he promised he would not accept. I didnt want to do this because i was scared of getting scammed.

Looking through your evidence, it seems the accused is mainly asking for assurance throughout the trade. Though sketchy, it is not necessarily a scam.
