    Description:
    - Item misrepresentation. Offering a ST™ Factory New Negev - Bratatat, but he has Battle-Scarred in his inventory. I checked his profile and he doesn't look like a throwaway account.
    - He also has a Pending Report on SteamREP for attempted scam using his Well-Worn Negev.
