I already forwarded this report to steamrep, however I haven't gotten any reply since october 10, so I figured that it would be valid to report it now(for reference: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/report-76561198122220123-tf2-team-fortress-2-items.79969/ )
Here's what I inputted on the report:

"Basically one of the oldest scams in the book. He randomly added me interested in something on my backpack, so I offered him a Midnight Whirlwind Battin' A Thousand and decided to go through with his game. Then he wanted the rest of my taunts, so I offered $50 jokingly, with him accepting. Afterwards he sent me a trade offer claiming that 150 euros would be deposited in my account once the trade's finished.​"
