What happened? Description:
Neenjaw asked for the hat first since he had a lot of rep and I gave him the Unusual Darkblaze hong Kong Cone and he never gave me the $900 on paypal he was supposed to give.​

I know this does not constitute actual proof. But here is my story. Nee was on my friends list due to a couple reports he made against some users on Outpost in the past.
He was also banned due to being trade banned, private BP and ban evasion across a couple accounts. None of that is important for the sake of this conversation. What is, is I went to him tonight to try to resolve his latest ban evasion. I am going to let the chats here speak for himself.

I had not noticed that since his appeal was made, 3 new, unique reports came in against him. Do with this what you will, you guys know where to find me.

 

OP, can you please take another picture of your Paypal history, and include the URL this time? We'll need an uncropped screenie showing the URL bar and the time and date at the bottom right, I think.
