Description:
The victim and the scammer had crabbed before on a different server the day before (August 13), where the victim lost and paid the scammer (top entry in inventory history). They both did 2 more matches yesterday, on which the scammer ran afterwards (sadly, the server where this happened on doesn't have any form of public chat logs).
Later on today, they both meet on our Unusual Trade Server today, where the victim approaches the scammer on a re-match, on which the scammer agrees. The match turns out to be a win for the victim, but the scammer rans (the first time today). 2 minutes later, he re-joins and the victim gives him a last chance (re-match again), but the scammer runs again.
