I don't really see how this is a broken trade agreement; nothing was scammed or lost in the process of this.

It would be the same as canceling a trade held by escrow, or as me telling you I had 40 keys to buy your hat tomorrow and promised to buy it, but I had to cash out those 40 keys 12 hours later to pay for unexpected necessary bills in real life.

 

I agree with same2me, we can't mark someone for backing out of a trade before any items are even exchanged. Also, in future the screenshots you provide should be uncropped (the full window).
